Signing Up / Reservations / Payments

- Please contact us to indicate which workshop you are interested
in and/or to check on availability.

- To officially reserve your spot in any of the teaching workshops
the entire fee must be paid in full.
- For Open Workshops only...a $50 deposit is required.
- Payment is accepted in cash or check (sorry, no credit cards).
Checks should be made out to Bill Ayers.

Cancellations / Refunds
|
- rattarart Studios reserves the right to cancel workshops for
any reason. Should rattarart Studios cancel a date for any
reason the Chief Knucklehead who runs this place will offer a full
refund or credit - your choice.
- Students may cancel for any reason seven or more days in advance
of the workshop without penalty - a full refund or credit will be
offered.
- There is a $50 fee for cancellations three to six days in advance
of the workshop date. However this fee may be waived if the Chief
Knucklehead who runs this place can fill your slot. All attempts
to do so will be made, but there are no guarantees.
- There are no refunds for cancellations 48 hours or less
before a workshop.
- If you are canceling on the cusp of one of these deadlines it is
advised that you do so by phone call AND by an
email glass@rattarart.com. Emails
are not checked everyday, phone answering machines and message
takers can sometimes be unreliable.
